Giving Tree Begins This Weekend

With Protect Young Eyes

Session 2: November 30

Wednesday, November 30 | 6:00-7:30 pm

Please join us for this new series for the families of the parish through a partnership of OLC School and OLC Faith Formation. These workshops are located in the HOLY FAMILY CENTER.

Childcare for children ages preschool and up will be provided.

A speaker from Protect Young Eyes will be leading us in this informative talk. If you have kids of any age, this one is for you! Parents, grandparents, and teens 14+ are encouraged to attend.

It takes 5 layers in order to create an environment where kids are ready for an online world that really doesn’t care about their safety and protection. This presentation covers the critical relational side of protection, PLUS monitoring software, DNS solutions, app settings, and other technical ideas for covering your bases. Both on the home network and when they’re somewhere else. This talk includes a lot of awesome, technical details! But presented in a basic and completely relatable way.

Parish Advent Series

Rejoice! An Advent Pilgrimage into the Heart of Scripture offers daily reflections on the Sunday mass readings that will help you enter more deeply into the season of Advent.

We will be sending the weekly videos to you every Thursday while you study and journal from home.

Grab your Rejoice journal after Masses this weekend so you are prepared for the 1st Sunday of Advent (November 27).
